1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Evolve Incorporation, operating as Enconvert ("Enconvert", "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Enconvert website at enconvert.com, the Enconvert REST API at api.enconvert.com, embeddable widgets, the dashboard, documentation, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, generating an API key, making an API call, embedding a widget, or otherwise accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Electronic acceptance through account creation or API key generation constitutes a valid agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 10A) and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

If you interact with the Service through an embedded widget on a third-party website, these Terms apply to you even without explicit account creation.
